Odd Gtalk issue on the N1

This never happened to me before on my Droid but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them. Whenever I use Gtalk if a person replies to me right away it always gets placed above my question or comment. If they wait a minute then it goes below mine like it should. Seems to me like a time stamp issue. A full factory reset did not solve the issue. Anyone else see this?

That happens to me also, but i thought it was a CM ROM bug... i just updated to 4.2.14.1 so let me check if its still happening

Yeah let me know what you find. It drives me crazy and I know I could just use another app like eBuddy but I prefer the stock Google Talk app.

Ok i tested it out, and its fine on CM 4.2.14.1..... no problems chats being out of order

Another issue I have with Gtalk, I dont know if its android or the CM ROMs, but when I have another app open and I get a Gtalk notification and click on it, the gtalk app FC, then I click on the notification again and it takes me to Gtalk but the message gets erased? Do u also have this problem?
